Purchase process is a roller coaster. First saw the place Aug 27th, hope to close Oct 27th, fingers crossed. This is looking from living into dining and out to the front. Every surface will need painting. Kitchen and utility need gutting.

Jordan of Oh Happy Day is doing this amazing giveaway. She packed up her family, put all she owns in storage, and moved to Paris for a year.
